BOOKING POLICY


DEPOSIT

THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE CANCELLATION IS MADE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE. FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE, 50% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE OR IN CASE OF NO-SHOWS, THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED.

*Charges related to cancellations or no-shows are sent as an invoice via email, and unpaid amounts will be handed over to a debt collection agency after due notice. Clients are responsible for checking their spam folders.

CHANGES

CHANGES TO THE BOOKING MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE. AFTERAFTER, 50% OF ANY CHANGED SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED.
